Publication Procedure

The publication process begins with the submission of a manuscript by the author(s). All submissions must strictly comply with the Journal’s prescribed formatting, originality, and submission guidelines. Manuscripts not adhering to the required standards may be returned or rejected at the initial stage itself.

Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its basic suitability, originality, and compliance with journal scope. Manuscripts that pass this stage are forwarded for editorial evaluation followed by a double-blind peer review process.

Based on the peer review and editorial assessment, manuscripts are either accepted, rejected, or returned for revision. If a manuscript is selected for publication, the author(s) will receive an official confirmation along with a unique Article ID for future reference and communication.

Following acceptance, the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) will be communicated to the author(s), depending on the journal or category under which the manuscript is being published. In cases where publication is supported or funded by an institution or an individual, such funding must be clearly disclosed at the time of submission or acceptance. If the manuscript is published under a selective open-access category, no publication fee shall be charged.

After confirmation of acceptance and completion of any applicable payment or funding verification, the manuscript proceeds to the formatting stage. During this stage, authors may be required to coordinate with the editorial team and incorporate suggested modifications or formatting corrections as directed.

Once final formatting and editorial approval are completed, the manuscript is officially published and made live on the Journal’s platform. Upon publication, the author(s) will be issued a Publication Certificate, a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and a direct access link to the published work.
