  2. Exclusivity of Communication Any email, message, or communication sent from email addresses other than those expressly listed above does not originate from Vintage Legal and should be treated as unauthorised and invalid.

  3. Verification of Representatives The list of individuals officially associated with Vintage Legal, including team members and coordinators, is published on our website. Any person claiming affiliation with Vintage Legal whose name does not appear on the official website should be considered unauthorised.

  4. No Unsolicited Payment Requests Vintage Legal does not initiate unsolicited communication requesting payment, fees, tokens, coupons, publication charges, brochures, or any form of monetary consideration. Any legitimate payment is processed only after the individual voluntarily submits an official form, such as a publication form, course registration form, or other expressly designated application form.

  5. Fraudulent Solicitation and Impersonation If any individual or entity contacts you while falsely representing themselves as part of Vintage Legal and seeks money, personal information, or engagement under such pretext, you are strongly advised not to engage with them under any circumstances.

  6. Mandatory Reporting Protocol Any suspicious, fraudulent, or impersonating communication should be immediately reported by emailing support@vintagelegal.com, following which the sender should be reported as spam and blocked by the recipient.

  7. Non-Liability Disclaimer Vintage Legal shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused as a result of interactions with unauthorised individuals or fraudulent communications conducted outside the officially recognised channels.

  8. Zero Tolerance for Misuse of Name and Identity Any misuse of the Vintage Legal name, logo, identity, email formats, or representation for misleading, fraudulent, or unethical purposes will be treated as a serious violation and may invite appropriate legal and remedial action.

  9. User Responsibility and Due Diligence All applicants, interns, contributors, and external stakeholders are advised to exercise due diligence by verifying email addresses, checking official announcements on the website, and confirming communications through authorised channels before taking any action.

  10. Policy Enforcement and Updates This policy is binding on all stakeholders interacting with Vintage Legal and may be updated periodically to strengthen fraud prevention and ensure transparency. Continued engagement with Vintage Legal constitutes acceptance of this policy.
