Copyright Declaration
This section deals with copyright transfer, author attribution and Creative commons license.
The Journal accepts only original manuscripts that have not been published or submitted elsewhere in any form. By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) confirm that the work is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain any unlawful or defamatory content. The responsibility for the integrity and originality of the work lies solely with the author(s).
Upon acceptance and publication, the copyright of the manuscript shall vest with Vintage Legal Journal. The Journal shall have the exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and disseminate the work in any form, including with necessary editorial modifications required for publication standards. The Publisher may also assign or license its rights to third parties for academic dissemination or indexing purposes.
All published works shall be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), permitting sharing with proper attribution for non-commercial purposes only, without any modification or derivative use.
In the case of co-authored manuscripts, the corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and have consented in writing to submission and copyright transfer to the Journal. All co-authors must be fully aware of and agree to the publication terms.
Any work submitted or created during an internship or formal association with Vintage Legal for publication purposes shall be deemed the exclusive intellectual property of Vintage Legal Journal, which shall retain full rights over its use and publication.
While the Journal makes reasonable efforts to ensure originality and academic integrity, the author(s) shall remain solely liable for any issues arising from plagiarism, copyright infringement, or violation of third-party rights. The author(s) agree to indemnify the Journal against any claims or disputes arising from such violations.
The Journal reserves full editorial discretion over acceptance, rejection, editing, and formatting of manuscripts to ensure publication standards are met.
The personal information provided by authors, including names and email addresses, shall be used exclusively for editorial and publication-related purposes and shall not be shared or used for any unrelated purpose.
