VEDENDRA PRASAD

Vedendra Prasad is a law graduate from Amity University, Patna, and is currently an Associate at Anuj Tiwari Law Offices, New Delhi. He regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Supreme Court of India, with experience across criminal law, administrative law, company law, and insolvency matters.

With a strong foundation in legal research and analytical writing, Vedendra has developed expertise in legal drafting, editorial review, and academic research. He is currently working on his forthcoming book, An Indeterminant Democracy, reflecting his interest in constitutional thought, governance, and contemporary legal discourse.

As a member of the Editorial team at Vintage Legal, he contributes to maintaining high editorial standards by reviewing manuscripts, ensuring research quality, and promoting accuracy, clarity, and academic integrity in legal publications.
