UDITYA KUMAR

Uditya Kumar is a member of the Social Media & Outreach team at VintageLegal, where he contributes to strengthening the platform's professional network, institutional collaborations, and digital engagement. He plays an active role in expanding VintageLegal's outreach and promoting its educational, research, and publication initiatives.

He is a practising advocate whose areas of practice include civil and criminal litigation, original side litigation, arbitration, and SEBI enforcement proceedings, with a particular focus on disputes relating to real estate and securities laws. He earned his law degree from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, with Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) as his honours specialisation.

During his legal career, he has appeared before the High Court of Judicature at Patna, District Courts, the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), the Bihar Land Tribunal (BLT), the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (REAT). Combining his litigation experience with his interest in professional engagement, he supports VintageLegal's mission of connecting legal professionals, institutions, and aspiring law students through meaningful collaborations and outreach initiatives.
