Smruti Rekha Sahoo is a member of the Human Resources team at VintageLegal. She is responsible for talent acquisition, team coordination, and supporting the recruitment and engagement of interns, student members, and associates. With a people-centric approach, she works to understand the needs of both the organisation and its members, helping build a collaborative and productive work environment.

She has completed her MBA with a specialisation in Human Resources from XIM and is currently pursuing a further MBA at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad. Her academic background has equipped her with expertise in human resource management, organisational behaviour, talent development, and employee engagement.
