MS. MUSKAAN

Muskaan Chauhan is a law graduate holding a B.A. LL.B. from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla, with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). She has qualified for the UGC NET (Law) for Assistant Professor in her first attempt, reflecting her strong academic foundation and dedication to teaching and research. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at CGC University, Mohali. Her academic interests include Intellectual Property Rights, Media Law, and Environmental Law, with a particular focus on the intersection of intellectual property with human rights, competition law, digital media, access to knowledge, and public interest. During her LL.M, she actively engaged in research-oriented work, developing skills in legal analysis, drafting, and critical thinking. She is committed to building a career in academia and research, emphasising clarity, accuracy, and integrity in legal scholarship.
