MR. SRIRAM PRADEEP VENKATESAN

Sriram Pradeep Venkatesan is an Assistant Professor of Law at Erode College of Law (Affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai) and currently serves as the Associate Editor for the Sai Sindhu International Journal of Research (SSIJR). With a multidisciplinary academic foundation, he holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights & Cyber Law, an M.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration, and is a qualified UGC-NET scholar.

In his editorial capacity, Sriram brings extensive expertise in scholarly and academic writing. He previously contributed as an Editor for the book Foundations of Intellectual Property Law, demonstrating a strong commitment to legal publishing and the dissemination of academic research. His primary research interests include intermediary liability, platform governance, and the intersection of technology and law. He has published several peer-reviewed articles on diverse topics such as nanotechnology patenting, surrogacy regulations, and the constitutional drafting process.

Beyond his editorial work, Sriram is an active legal educator and administrator at Erode College of Law, where he serves as the Moot Court Coordinator and the Course File and Log Book Coordinator. His professional background is further enriched by his experience at the bar, having practiced as an Advocate specializing in civil and criminal litigation.

Sriram frequently shares his insights as a Resource Person, delivering lectures on specialized subjects like narcotic laws and the creative revolution in Intellectual Property Rights. Through his various roles, he is dedicated to advancing legal scholarship, fostering innovation, and mentoring the next generation of legal professionals .
